Your new team
As Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be joining our HR Team. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Key focus areas of your role:
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for permanent corporate roles, partnering closely with Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners to deliver high-quality hiring outcomes.
- Analyze business needs and participate in workforce planning to develop effective recruitment strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Source, attract, assess, and select candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and strategic sourcing techniques, with a focus on the EU talent market.
- Conduct interviews and candidate assessments, provide recommendations, and advise hiring managers throughout the selection and decision-making process.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines and long-term relationships with candidates and external recruitment partners to support current and future hiring needs.
- Oversee the end-to-end administrative process for internal and external hires, ensuring a seamless candidate and onboarding experience.
- Monitor recruitment performance, analyze hiring metrics, prepare reports, and identify opportunities to improve recruitment processes, tools, and sourcing channels.
- Partner with HR, Legal, and Corporate Security to ensure recruitment activities comply with company policies, local labor legislation, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide hiring managers and stakeholders with labor market intelligence, including hiring trends, compensation benchmarks, and relevant policy and regulatory updates.
- Foster strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure an efficient, collaborative, and business-focused recruitment process.

The ingredients you bringÂ
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following:
- Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably in an international setting.
- Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse role types, with a focus on permanent positions.
- Deep knowledge of talent attraction, direct sourcing techniques, and recruitment marketing.
- Strong process management capabilities, with the confidence to support and advise senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
- Experience in using SuccessFactors is a considered a plus.
- A proactive self-starter with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
