Application process

After sending in your application, we will review all CV’s and cover letters. We’ll update you on the outcome of your application within 14 days. Normally, the recruitment process consists of a screening call by the recruiter, followed by 2 interviews and an assessment. 

For most opportunities at HQ, we ask you to take a cognitive test and a personality test. Both assessments are digital so you can easily do them from home in your own time. Including preparation, the tests take about 3 hours.

At the bottom of the vacancy is the email address of the recruiter who you can contact.

Usually, the first interview takes place online through Microsoft Teams. The second interview will take place at our headquarters in Zaandam.
