Your new team

As HR Data & Reporting Specialist, you will be joining our HR team. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Key focus areas of your role:

•     Leads and coordinates complex HR initiatives and projects of significance for HR Services HUB & the brands it supports.
•     Defines and improves HR processes, service models, and operational standards in line with the EBS model and business needs.
•     Prepares analyses and provides expert recommendations based on data, KPI frameworks, and trends to enhance HR services and the overall user experience.
•     Develops and implements advanced performance monitoring approaches (SLA, KPI, dashboards) and identifies opportunities for process optimization and automation.
•     Establishes reporting standards and ensures the accuracy, consistency, and relevance of data used in decision making.
•     Acts as a subject matter expert and partner for internal and external clients in the areas of HR services, processes, and analytics.
•     Identifies risks and opportunities through data analysis and proposes measures to improve business performance.
•     Leads the implementation of new tools, systems, and solutions in the HR services domain, including improvements in reporting and automation.
•     Ensures efficient and transparent communication with all relevant stakeholders and provides insight into process status and performance.
•     Creates, improves, and standardizes work instructions, procedures, and documentation.
•     Provides expert support and guidance to team members, actively contributing to the development of their competencies and strengthening a data driven approach to work.
•     Continuously monitors results, SLAs, and KPIs and manages improvements to ensure high service quality.

The ingredients you bring

Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following:

  • 3-5 years of relevant working experience
  • High school diploma in IT or related field
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors & ServiceNow is a big plus
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office & fluency in English 
  • Experience with data processing and visualization tools (e.g. Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Broad knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform tools; experience with Power Automate and Power Apps is considered a big plus 

 

Aside from this, an analytical mindset, proactive approach and an eye for detail will take you far.

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
