Your new team
As HR Administrator, you will be joining our HR team. Our HR team is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Key focus areas of your role:
- Resolving inquiries by referring to relevant sources and escalating issues as needed in the prescribed manner
- Providing high‑quality support in HR administration and collaborating closely with colleagues across different brands
- Delivering accurate, reliable, and timely administrative HR services for various brands
- Responding to inquiries and requests related to HR administration and resolving them efficiently
- Ensuring precise and accurate daily execution of administrative processes
- Working closely with colleagues from HR Business Services to ensure high‑quality HR service and effective implementation of changes in day‑to‑day operations
- Ensuring that all tasks are being processed, documented, and delivered within defined SLAs and quality standards, and that work instructions are being kept up to date

- Minimum IV level of economic or other professional education
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
- Work experience is an advantage
