How you can make a difference
As Manager HRBP EU, you will advise and support the management of an allocated business unit in various (HR) issues, as well as implementing HR policy and the annual plan to contribute optimally to achieving organizational objectives through sufficient staffing levels and efficient organization. You will focus on reinforcing the quality of the line manager in their responsibilities as integral manager for the allocated group of employees.

Your new team
As Manager HRBP EU, you will be part of strategic, business-driven HR setting where you will actively contribute to achieving business objectives through a structured annual HR plan and tailored advice. You will partner closely with managers, guiding them in implementing HR policies and strengthening their leadership capabilities to ensure consistent and effective people management.
The focus will be on identifying workforce and organizational gaps, ensuring the right talent is recruited, developed, and retained in line with company principles. You will play a key role in employee relations, supporting constructive dialogue with employee representatives while safeguarding compliance and collaboration.
Additionally, you will contribute to changing management initiatives that enhance engagement and minimize resistance, ensure reliable HR data and sound organizational design, and coach managers grow into strong leaders capable of driving performance and sustainable business success.
Key focus area of your role
As a key leader within EU HR team, you will build strong relationships with stakeholders across various regions and ensure the long-term success of platform integrations. Your key responsibilities include:
Business partner advise
- Address relevant themes and place these on agenda, through the HR perspective, and knowledge of target audiences, business and corporate processes.
- Participate in consultation within allocated business unit(s), work with line manager to ensure results are achieved and provide input and contribute to (strategic) HR project.
- Translate overarching HR annual plan to own business area, ensure the implementation, succession and achievement of this, as well as coordinating the application of products, services and people to achieve annual plan objectives.
Business partner implementation
- Advice and support management, both on request and on own initiative, regarding implementation of HR policy and processes within allocated business unit, bringing in HR specialists if necessary.
- Provide input into the effectiveness and quality of the HR portfolio and consistently apply HR instruments.
Strategic workforce planning
- Ensure the planning, organization and succession of joiners, movers and leavers within allocated business areas and achieve long-term planning and recruitment plan.
- Contribute to career development and coaching of employees through guidance and support to line management.
- Contribute to the qualitatively appropriate appraisal of employees and the application of the performance management process and associated tools.
Employee relations
- Maintain a visible presence in the work areas to be thoroughly familiar with the situations and problems being discussed and evaluate or review evaluations of performance on employees (Talent / PM).
- Investigate problems, such as working conditions, disciplinary actions, employee and applicant appeals and grievances and provide guidance and recommendations for problem resolution to departmental officials and individuals.
- Recommend hiring, promotion, termination, disciplinary, and commendatory actions of all assigned personnel.
Change management
- Apply a structured change management approach and methodology for the change caused by projects and change efforts.
- Develop a change management strategy based on a situational awareness of the details of the change and the groups being impacted by the change.
- Identify potential risks and anticipated points of resistance and develop specific plans to mitigate or address the concerns.
- Set up, coordinate and evaluate implementation of organizational redesigns.
Organizational design
- Supervise continuous updates of organizational data in HR Systems
- Monitor and assess need for organizational redesign, draw up descriptions and set up, coordinate and evaluate implementation of organizational redesigns

The ingredients you bring
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience:
- Master's degree in an HR related field with a minimum of 7 years of similar experience.
- Bring expertise in innovative HR strategies and tactics with an ability to champion successful implementation and outcomes.
- Have the ability to successfully work in a fast-paced, highly dynamic, agile work environment with an intellectual curiosity.
- Are fluent in English, Dutch is a plus.
- Demonstrate contributions to the quality and effectiveness of line management (leadership development), identifies underlying issues and knows how to bring about change.
- Are versed in developing and deploying progressive associate-facing solutions and can “influence without authority”.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create persuasive arguments, simple messages and engaging content.
- Can work effectively across diverse cultures, countries, and levels within the organization.
