Your new role and environment.
We are looking for a Data Engineer with an interest in maintaining and enhancing our HR analytics platform. You will design and build scalable pipelines, improve data quality and governance, and future-proof the platform for advanced analytics, reporting and insights by preparing data for HR use cases.
Key responsibilities of your role.
- Data Platform Stability & Scalability: Ensure reliable performance of HR data platform by building and maintaining ETL/ELT pipelines in Databricks
- Automation & Optimization: Develop automated processes , optimize data modelling workflows and Develop CI/CD pipelines for data workflows
- Quality & Security: Implement automated testing for data quality and enforce security standards.
- Agile Support: Collaborate with cross-functional squads to deliver enhancements and resolve incidents.
- Innovation: Prepare the HR data platform for innovations regarding reporting and analytics
- Continuous Improvement: Implement scalable solutions aligned with business needs.

Requirements.
- Experience with Databricks and with programming in PySpark, Python and SQL
- Excellent data wrangling skills, including cleaning, transforming, and integrating data from multiple sources
- Understanding of HR data
Nice to Have (Not Required)
- A curious mind and investigative attitude
- Basic statistical understanding is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Understanding of HR data models (Employee Central, payroll schemas, org structures)
- Experience with GDPR, PII, and secure handling of HR datasets
- ServiceNow familiarity.
