In this role, you will support key employment processes, while ensuring compliance with labor regulations and internal policies. You will work closely with colleagues, handle sensitive employee data, and help maintain smooth and efficient HR operations.

Your new work environment
As an Associate for Personal Administration you will work in a dynamic environment where precision, confidentiality, and responsibility are key. The team is responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely execution of all employment related processes across the employee lifecycle, while supporting managers and employees with reliable and professional HR service.
This position is a temporary maternity‑leave replacement.
Your role covers a wide range of administrative and legal HR processes that require a high level of accuracy, precision, and responsibility. The main responsibilities include:
• Managing employment administration across the entire employee lifecycle, from hiring to exit, including contract preparation, salary changes, transfers, and termination documentation
• Handling legal and administrative aspects of employment relations in accordance with labor law and internal policies
• Processing employee registrations, employment changes, and other updates in the CROSO platform, ensuring timely and accurate data entry
• Supporting the administration of disciplinary procedures, private insurance, and employee benefits
• Maintaining complete and compliant HR documentation and ensuring all processes are executed with precision
• Collaborating closely with HR colleagues to ensure consistent, high quality HR service and smooth daily operations
Requirements:
• Strong accuracy, precision, and attention to detail in daily work
• Team oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible approach
• Preferably experience with SAP or similar HR/administrative systems
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
• Basic understanding of labor law principles
• Previous experience in HR administration or similar roles is an advantage
