As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure fast, high-quality hires. The role demands ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to match the right people with the right roles.
This position is a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent employment offer based on performance and business needs.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment efforts and support our commitment to building a diverse, high-performing workforce. This role partners closely with HR and business leaders to attract and assess top talent across permanent corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for permanent corporate roles, leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, networking events, and job fairs for proactive sourcing.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to align talent acquisition strategies with role requirements and compensation benchmarks.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings and interviews to evaluate interest, qualifications, and competencies using standardized assessment techniques.
- Ensure timely and accurate selection process and facilitate a seamless experience for internal and external hires.
- Partner with HR to ensure compliance with local labor laws and uphold fairness in hiring practices across all diversity initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with talent pipelines, external partners, and potential candidates.
- Provide labor market insights, including trends and regulatory updates, to inform hiring decisions.
- Offer feedback to management on candidate profiles and recruitment outcomes.
- Actively contribute to the development of a diverse and qualified team that reflects our organizational values.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with minimum 3 years of experience in corporate recruitment
- Proven success in sourcing and hiring across various role types, with a focus on permanent positions.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to represent the company confidently to candidates.
- Proficiency in recruitment platforms (e.g., SuccessFactors, LN Recruiter).
- Familiarity with recruiting metrics and data-driven decision-making.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
