Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll manage end-to-end recruitment to ensure fast, high-quality hires. The role demands ownership, attention to detail, and the ability to match the right people with the right roles.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for permanent corporate roles, leveraging job boards, LinkedIn, and strategic sourcing in the EU market.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to attract and secure high-quality candidates aligned with role requirements and compensation benchmarks.
  • Oversee the seamless administrative process for both internal and external hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Collaborate with HR, Legal, and Corporate Security to ensure adherence to company policies and full compliance with local labor laws and regulations
  • Develop strong, long-term relationships with talent pipelines and partners to support ongoing recruitment needs.
  • Provide hiring managers with up-to-date labor market insights, including trends, policies, and regulatory updates

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience as a Corporate Recruiter, preferably in an international setting.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring across diverse role types, with a focus on permanent positions.
  • Deep knowledge of talent attraction, direct sourcing techniques, and recruitment marketing.
  • Strong process management capabilities, with the confidence to support and advise senior stakeholders in a complex matrix organization.
  • Proficient in using SuccessFactors and various sourcing tools.
  • A proactive self-starter with excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
