Manager Threat Hunters- Threat Defense OPerations
Ahold Delhaize Groups Threat Defense Operations is seeking a Manager of Threat Hunters. This position is the technical subject manager expert who will be the most senior member of the threat hunting team and leverage their experience to mentor other hunters and help Ahold Delhaize Group identify undetected threat actors and enhance our detective abilities. This position's primary job duties include Tactics, Techniques and Procedure (TTP) analysis of incoming Threat Intelligence from various internal and external sources. This will result in a hypothesis driven hunt resulting in new detection use cases, enhanced uses cases and/or identification of visibility improvements needs to be remediated by other internal teams.

Key responsibilities of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
- Performing day to day hunt operations
- Mentoring/knowledge sharing of other staff
- Practical testing of detective controls
- Collaborating with Detection team members to improve detective controls
- Collaborating with Incident Response on resolution of any pro-active hunt findings
- Collaborating with Advanced Cyber Engineering to resolve any identified visibility gaps.
- Collaborating with Cyber Threat Intelligence to help refine requirements for actionable intelÂ
- Use case development and improvements

Requirements
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant job experience
- Proven and demonstrable SIEM, EDR, or other detection platform management and usage
- Relevant industry certifications such as GMON (GIAC Continuous Monitoring), GCIA (GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst), GCDA (GIAC Certified Detection Analyst) or equivalent
- Demonstratable understanding of TTPs of Advanced Persistent Threat actors
- Ability to collaborate in a virtual team
- Excellent command of English language, both written and spoken
