HEAD OF ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT AND DE&I
This role is responsible for leading the global organizational development agenda as well as agenda of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in line with the company People Thrive strategy and coordinated with other related activities in People & Organizational Development team. The role includes oversight of a compact team of POD specialists helpring to deliver objectives of the team.

This role plays a pivotal part in designing, implementing and maintaining organizational culture and related tools and initiatives. It is responsible for defining common processes and tools for driving the organization change and coordinating regional and brand efforts to achieve company DE&I and Health & Wellbeing objectives. It also continuously develops and improve our listening strategy and toolkit.

Key responsibilities of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
Organizational Change Leadership & Cultural Transformation
Lead efforts in driving organizational change, with a particular focus on cultural transformation and embedding Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) into all HR initiatives. Ensure alignment between culture-building efforts and the broader People Thrive strategy.
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategy implementation
- Defines the global DE&I strategy, objectives and targets, works closely with regional DE&I leads to coordinate efforts across the organization and make tangible impact in AD brands organizations.
- Measures and reports on progress on a regular basis.
- Helps share the DE&I best practices across the organization
Organizational Change Management methodology implementation
- Defines and imlements a unified approach to organizational change management, using current tools and best practices already used in the organization
Health & Wellbeing
- Defines the global Health & Wellbeing strategy, objectives and targets, works closely with regional H&W leads to coordinate efforts across the organization and make tangible impact in AD brands organizations
- Measures and reports on progress on a regular basis
- Helps share the H&W best practices across the organization
Listen and feecback culture and toolkit
- Defines the overall listening and feedback strategy for the organization
- Maintain and further develops the AES tool to increase efficiency and impact of our annual engagement survey initiative
- Defines and implements regular and ongoing pulse check strategy, including tool(s) needed to collect feedback and sentiment of the organization on regular basis

Requirements
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive or related experience in human resources, with at least 5 years in a strategic leadership role focused on talent management and organizational development.
- Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to think strategically and translate business objectives into effective talent and organizational development strategies.
- Stakeholder & Project Leadership: Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing complex projects across multiple regions. Proven experience engaging and influencing senior stakeholders, including executive-level leadership, with exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Cultural Competence: Strong understanding of global HR practices and experience in fostering a diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplace culture.
- Analytical Skills: Proficiency in utilizing data and analytics to drive talent strategy decisions, with experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, French) is a plus, particularly for roles supporting global regions.
