How you can make a difference

As our agile lead you are constantly improving processes within our Data Differentiation Platform. It is up to you to make sure that our agile teams can do their daily work in the most efficient and effective way.
This is how you will contribute to our goal to enable data driven decision making
- You are a strong communicator and a skilled facilitator who promotes open, honest and constructive dialogue
- You can see the bigger picture and help manage dependencies between different teams or clusters
- You facilitate the leadership team of the Data Differentiation Platform in a way-of-working that supports continuous improvement to contribute to the company objectives and key result as a platform
- You coach the agile teams in their way of working
- You work together with the other agile leads to elevate the Data Differentiation Platform as a whole to a higher level
- Your role is not only facilitating but also actively contribute to the objectives we try to achieve
- You own the process and implement changes that will improve the way of working in the department
Your new team and office.
Data Differentiation Platform consists of Cloud, Data and Data Management Services. You will be joining the Data part of the department.
You will be closely working with the teams that are part of Data Platform Core, Data Platform Enablers and BI & Reporting.
These teams focus on creating Data Enablement (Thor Suite) for other Tech Teams within Tech NL, to help their business make data driven decisions.
Next to that, you will be part of the Data Differentiation Platform Leadership team. You will help them with various processes to ensure that our Data Enablement is successful.
Our teams work in a hybrid way: both from home or our headquarters in Zaandam. We are located next to the train station of Zaandam.
We do expect you to be at our headquarters at least 2 days a week, and when needed more days.

The recipe for maximum impact.
- 5 years of work experience as an agile lead
- Strong knowledge of the development process (CI/CD, QA, development)
- Big bonus if you have knowledge of team topologies and understand how a tech enabling cluster functions compared to other clusters
- You enjoy teamwork and making things happen
- You’re tech savvy, pro-active and have a big passion for tech
