As a People & Organizational Development specialist, you will be joining our HR department.

Key responsibilities of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
You play a pivotal part in supporting strategic HR initiatives.
- Lead global performance calibration and talent review processes annually
You will, amongst other tasks, focus on creating global templates for performance calibration, ensure robust talent & succession pipelines are created and lead the global talent network.
- Co-Lead global leadership assessment process annually
Assist in RFP process for global leadership assessment process including recommendations of vendor selection and final solution and ensure timely effective communication and implementation of assessment processes within the

Requirements
We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:
- Experience in HR, Learning & Development or related fields
- Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages (e.g., Spanish, Dutch, French) is a plus.
Aside from these hard skills, we think you should also bring some much-valued soft skills to the table: an entrepreneurial mindset, outspoken communication skills and a proactive approach. In addition to these, a high level of creativity, empathy, and enthusiasm will take you far.
