As HR Administrator, you will be joining our Human Resources department. Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

 

  • Provides high-quality support in HR administration and closely collaborates with colleagues from different brands
  • Manages complex requests executed in the education system as well as requests for problem-solving, reporting, and client consultations
  • Delivers accurate, reliable, and timely administrative HR services for various brands
  • Responds to inquiries and requests related to HR administration and resolves them efficiently
  • Performs back-office transactions and supports LMS and other systems
  • Supports operational processing activities and participates in user acceptance testing within their domain
  • Ensures precise and accurate daily execution of administrative processes, manages relevant reports
  • Prepares instructor-led training as well as on-the-job training
  • Works closely with colleagues from HR Business Services to ensure high-quality HR service and effective implementation of changes in daily operations
     

Requirements:

  • Minimum IV level of economic or other professional education
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch or Romanian language as well as English
  • Excellent knowledge of the MS Office package
  • Work experience is an advantage

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
