Job’s purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced IT Customer and Digital Product Manager. As the Loyalty & Ecommerce Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and execution of loyalty and ecommerce initiatives across online and offline channels. You will lead a team of product owners responsible for specific areas such as ecommerce platform enhancements, loyalty program optimization, fulfillment solutions, and media monetization strategies. Applying agile methodologies, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products and features that enhance the customer experience and drive business growth.

What you will focus on

  • Develop and communicate a cohesive product strategy and roadmap for loyalty and ecommerce initiatives, aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define key priorities, milestones, and success metrics for the product team.
  • Lead a team of product owners, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Work closely with cross-functional IT teams, including other product managers to facilitate the successful delivery of product features.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for business stakeholders across the organization, providing regular updates on product development progress, milestones, and dependencies.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize feature requests, and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise
  • Apply agile methodologies to drive iterative product development and delivery, ensuring alignment with business priorities and customer needs.
  • Facilitate backlog grooming, and daily stand-up meetings to keep the team focused and on track towards achieving product goals.
  • Identify areas for continuous improvement within Customer and digital domain as well as other systems in the respective domain, implementing enhancements to drive greater efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to make informed decisions.

What you have

  • University Degree in Information & Computer Technology, or any other discipline of technical orientation. Master’s degree will be considered an asset
  • 5+ years experience in a product organization in all or any of the following areas: IT, Loyalty, ecommerce.
  • Working in the retail industry would be considered a plus.
  • Very good working knowledge on the following areas: online commerce, customer care, digital journeys.
  • Experience of complex IT landscapes and large organizations
  • Proficiency in Agile Methodologies (SAFe) and hands on experience in agile tools (Atlassian)
  • Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken.
  • Ability to travel (Europe) up to 10% depending on the nature and the duration of the assigned projects/work.

The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
