Opis posla:

 

  • Primenjuje pravila i implementira promene vezane za obračun zarada i naknada u svrhu osiguravanja pravovremenosti i tačnosti isplate i usklađenost sa zakonskom regulativom
  • Obračunava zarade i naknade zarada zaposlenih i lica van radnog odnosa u svrhu obezbeđenja pravovremene i tačne isplate istih
  • Podnosi poreske prijave, knjiži dokumenta i kontroliše ispravnost i usaglašenost podataka
  • Prikuplja, kontroliše, priprema i šalje dokumentaciju vezanu za troškove bolovanja na teret SIZ i porodiljskih odsustva sa ciljem uspešne refundacije istih
  • Distribuira isplatne listiće u skladu sa propisima i prikuplja dokaze o uručenju
  • Identifikuje potencijalne rizike, pretnje ili nedostatke sistema u vezi obračuna zarada i deluje preventivno na otklanjanju istih
  • Izrađuje izveštaje u skladu sa internim i eksternim zahtevima, osigurava tačnost i ažurnost podataka i poštovanje zadatih rokova
  • Izrađuje dokumentaciju u vezi sa obračunom zarada na zahtev zaposlenih
  • Obezbeđuje tajnost ličnih podataka zaposlenih i podataka u vezi sa iznosima zarada i naknada
  • Prati i primenjuje zakonsku regulativu u domenu svog delokruga rada
  • Dužan je da primenjuje mere zaštite u skladu sa stepenom osposobljenosti za rad na svom radnom mestu
  • Dužan je da primenjuje sve usvojene standarde i procedure
  • Obavlja i ostale poslove po nalogu neposrednog rukovodioca u skladu sa Zakonom o radu i opštim aktima društva
  • Odgovoran je za primenu i poštovanje svega navedenog
  • Ključni pokazatelji uspešnosti i učinka: 1) Obračun zarada i ostalih primanja iz radnog odnosa i obračuni prema ugovorima za fiz.lica van rad.odnosa u predviđenim rokovima vs actual 2) Praćenje i primena zakonskih odredbi iz oblasti obračuna zarada i njihova implementacija (usaglašenost sa zakonom) 3) Unapređenje procesa u obračunu zarada (plan vs actual)

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

 

  • IV stepen stručne spreme ekonomske I druge
  • Minimum godinu dana iskustva na istim ili sličnim pozicijama
  • Odlično poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu
  • Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
