HR Traineeship

Good news! The International Traineeship is back. You can apply from October 7th to October 25th. The traineeship will start on February 1, 2025. What can you expect as an international HR Trainee?

as an international HR Trainee, ideally, you…

hold a HBO/WO bachelor or a Master degree, or will have it by the start of the traineeship.
have two years (max) work experience.
have an excellent proficiency in English (level C1 or up).
reside in and are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Plus you’ll need to have a good understanding (written and spoken) of English and/or Dutch.
are excited and eager to start your development journey with us and possibly become the next senior leader within our international organization!
