The program is built on three pillars: social and business development; technical and functional skills; and leadership development. You’ll also undertake at least four rotations among our different retail brands and countries. To stimulate cross-functional learning, you’ll engage in inspiring learning sessions together with fellow trainees and other associates. What can you expect as an International HR trainee?
As an international HR trainee, ideally, you…
- Hold a Master’s degree, or will have it by the start of the traineeship
- Have two years (max) work experience
- Have an excellent proficiency in English (level C1 or up)
- Reside in and are eligible to work in the country of the vacancy you’re applying for. Plus you’ll need to have a good understanding (written and spoken) of that country’s language
- And, most importantly, are excited and eager to start your development journey with us and possibly become the next senior leader within our international organization!
