What can you expect as an international HR Trainee?

as an international HR Trainee, ideally, you… 

  • hold a HBO/WO bachelor or a Master degree, or will have it by the start of the traineeship.
  • have two years (max) work experience.
  • have an excellent proficiency in English (level C1 or up).
  • reside in and are eligible to work in the Netherlands. Plus you’ll need to have a                                                                                                                        good understanding (written and spoken) of English and/or Dutch.
  • are excited and eager to start your development journey with us and possibly                                                                                                                          become the next senior leader within our international organization!
