Your new team 
As Finance Associate Opex, you will be joining our Finance team within European Shared Services. 

Key focus areas of your role 

• Basic understanding of accounting principles and accounting entries
• Posting invoices and expenses to the appropriate General Ledger (GL) accounts
• Understanding of cost centers and cost allocation methodologies
• Reviewing supporting documentation, tax treatment, and the accuracy of accounting entries in line with established procedures
• Preparing and posting accruals and prepayments
• Performing account reconciliations and supporting month-end closing activities.

The ingredients you bring 
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience:

• Level IV qualification (secondary education), degree in Economics or a related discipline
• Experience with ERP systems, such as SAP or Oracle, is considered an advantage
• Strong Excel skills, including advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP functions
• Good command of English, with the ability to understand work instructions and communicate effectively in writing
• Previous accounting experience is an advantage; however, we also welcome candidates with relevant academic backgrounds and internship experience who are eager to build a career in accounting
