Your new team 
As CAPEX Finance Team lead you will be joining our Finance team within European Shared Services. 

Key focus areas of your role 

• Broad accounting knowledge and a solid understanding of end-to-end accounting processes.
• Comprehensive expertise in fixed assets accounting, including all related transactions and changes.
• Review and control of journal entries, reconciliations, and overall team work quality.
• Monitoring deadlines, identifying and preventing errors, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Accountability for team results, quality standards, timely delivery, and KPI achievement.
• Capacity planning, workload allocation, and employee development.
• Management of escalations, risks, controls, and process improvement initiatives.
• Collaboration with other finance teams and international stakeholders.

Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience: 
•    Level IV qualification (secondary education), degree in Economics or a related discipline.
•    5+ years of relevant experience in similar positions, including team management responsibility and accountability for team performance and results.
•    Strong understanding of business and administrative processes.
•    Ability to work accurately, independently, and in a deadline-driven environment.
•    Advanced Excel skills, with strong capabilities in analysis and reporting.
•    Business-level English proficiency.
Aside from this, a hands-on approach, proactive mindset and willingness to go above and beyond will take you far.
