Your new team 
As an Accounting and Reporting Expert you will be joining our Finance team.

Key focus areas of your role 

• Posting, reconciling, and controlling the General Ledger.
• Coordinating activities and communicating with the external partner, Genpact India, as well as with the Financial Controlling team in the Netherlands.
• Monitoring, reconciling, posting, and controlling all transactions related to lease agreements and the application of the IFRS 16 standard.
• Monitoring and applying relevant legal and regulatory requirements within the scope of the role, with a particular focus on the implementation of new International Accounting Standards (IAS).

The ingredients you bring 
Everyone brings their unique flavor. We believe this role comes to life when you bring the following experience: 

• IV level qualification in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or another related business field
• 3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or general ledger activities.
• Previous experience in team coordination or people management is considered an advantage.
• Experience working with PeopleSoft is considered an advantage.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken

Aside from this, a hands-on approach, proactive mindset and willingness to go above and beyond will take you far.
