As a Senior IT Auditor, you will work independently while partnering closely with stakeholders throughout the business. You will be expected to apply sound professional judgment, challenge constructively, and translate complex technical topics into meaningful business insights.

What You'll Be Doing
Â
As a Senior IT Auditor, you will lead and execute technology-focused audits across Ahold Delhaize USA. You will evaluate risks, controls, and processes across a broad range of technology and business environments, helping management strengthen performance, resilience, and operational effectiveness.

Your work may include reviews of:
- Technology governance and operating models
- Cloud platforms and infrastructure services
- SAP and enterprise applications
- Customer-facing digital and e-commerce platforms
- Data management, analytics, and reporting environments
- Cybersecurity and IT risk management
- Store technology and point-of-sale solutions
- Supply chain, distribution, and warehouse automation systems
- Emerging technologies, including automation and artificial intelligence
- Technology projects, transformations, and strategic initiatives

You will be responsible for:
- Leading risk assessments, audit planning, fieldwork, reporting, and follow-up activities
- Assessing the design and effectiveness of technology and business controls
- Identifying opportunities to improve processes, controls, and risk management practices
- Translating complex observations into clear, actionable recommendations
- Presenting findings to management and senior stakeholders
- Coaching and supporting team members throughout audit engagements
- Building strong relationships across business and technology functions
- Identifying emerging risks and helping shape the future audit plan

What We're Looking For
Â
We are looking for an intellectually curious and highly motivated professional with strong analytical skills, sound business judgment, and a passion for understanding how technology enables business success. You are comfortable working independently, collaborating across teams, and engaging with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. You can effectively challenge assumptions, communicate complex topics clearly, and provide practical recommendations that deliver value.

Preferred Qualifications
Â
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Information Management, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in IT audit, technology risk, consulting, external audit, or a related field, preferably within a multinational organization, large retailer, or Big Four environment
- Experience assessing technology risks and controls across areas such as cloud, SAP, cybersecurity, enterprise applications, digital platforms, infrastructure, store technology, or supply chain systems
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, AZ-500, or equivalent
- Experience leading audit engagements or complex assessments from planning through reporting
- Strong project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior business and technology leaders
- Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business insights
- Understanding of emerging technologies, including cloud computing, automation, artificial intelligence, and advanced analytics
- Ability to travel within the United States up to 10-20%

Our flexible hybrid work schedule includes three in-person days at one of our core locations and two remote days. Our core office locations for this role includes Salisbury, NC, Carlisle, PA, Quincy, MA.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

NC/PA Salary Range: $108,880-$163,320
MA Salary Range: $125,200-$187,800
