Your new team
As Director Finance NFR EU, you will be joining our European Finance team. The team plays a critical role in driving alignment, financial performance, and strategic decision-making across the European organization. In this role, you will act as the financial sparring partner for the VP NFR EU and local NFR teams, while leading a small team of finance specialists in an international and highly collaborative environment.

You will manage finances, including (planning & control processes) within the financial guidelines and policies, in order to advice and support management of the realization of the objectives in terms of efficiency, cost control and profitability, provides and monitors KPIs over NFR spend, assets and stock treatment, driving the analysis and improvement recommendations based on data and drive process improvements to reduce leakage and optimize working capital.

You will report to the VP Finance Europe & Indonesia and will lead a small team of specialists.

Key focus areas of your role
Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

• Act as the strategic finance business partner to the VP NFR EU and local NFR teams
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, MLTP processes, and variance analysis for NFR categories
• Provide and monitor KPIs related to NFR spend, assets, and stock treatment, driving data-based improvement recommendations
• Drive financial planning and control processes to support sound decision-making and business performance
• Deliver strategic financial insights regarding investments, profitability, working capital, and performance optimization
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce leakage and optimize working capital
• Lead finance-related transformation and continuous improvement projects across Europe
• Ensure strong internal controls, compliance, and financial risk mitigation processes
• Deliver accurate and timely management reporting and ad hoc analyses to senior stakeholders
• Coach, guide, and develop a high-performing finance team aligned with enterprise priorities

• University degree in economics, business, finance, or a related field
• 15+ years of progressive experience in finance and reporting
• 10+ years of leadership experience within finance and accounting environments
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and projects in an international, complex business environment
• Strong expertise in financial planning, reporting, process improvement, and financial systems
