If you enjoy working with data, processes, and different stakeholders, the Master Data Assistant role could be a great opportunity for you to learn, grow, and contribute to the accuracy and quality of key business information.

In this role, you will support the Master Data team by ensuring accurate and timely data entry in SAP, maintaining data quality, preparing reports, and contributing to process improvements. This is an administrative and process-oriented role, ideal for someone who is reliable, analytical, and eager to develop within a dynamic business environment.

What will be your role?

As a Master Data Assistant, you will be responsible for:

-Accurate and timely data entry in SAP
-Communicating with relevant departments to ensure data accuracy
-Identifying and highlighting insufficient quality of submitted requests for SAP entry
-Reporting on the activities of the Master Data team
-Initiating the creation of new Master Data reports
-Conducting process testing as part of sanity checks, SAP upgrades, or SAP releases
-Training new team members and delivering training on relevant topics to colleagues from other departments
-Creating work instructions and training materials used for employee onboarding
-Proposing process improvements and system enhancements

What are we looking for?

We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:

-Secondary education, preferably in economics or another relevant field
-English language proficiency at B1 level
-Proficiency in MS Office package
-Accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail
-Willingness to learn and develop in the field of finance and master data processes

Previous work experience in similar positions is not mandatory. What matters most is your motivation to learn, your analytical mindset, and your dedicated approach to responsibilities.

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
