Your new team
As Manager Crisis Response, you will join our Legal & Public Affairs / Asset Protection ecosystem, working in a highly collaborative, cross-functional environment. You will partner closely with teams across Legal, Communications, Sustainability, Security, Operations, and senior leadership to ensure a coordinated and effective response to crises.

Key focus areas of your role
Lead and orchestrate crisis response across the organization
You will act as the backbone of the Crisis Taskforce, ensuring structured coordination, governance, and execution during crises such as geopolitical events, cyber incidents, natural disasters, and activism-related challenges.
Drive governance, decision-making, and alignment
You will establish clear operating models, decision rights, and escalation paths, enabling fast, informed decisions and alignment across regions and functions.
Strengthen crisis readiness and resilience
You will continuously improve crisis frameworks, playbooks, and processes, integrating lessons learned and external insights to enhance organizational preparedness.
Provide senior-level insight and communication
You will translate complex, multi-source information into clear, actionable briefings for executives and stakeholders, supporting timely and effective decision-making.

What you’ll be working on
- Orchestrating Crisis Taskforce activities and ensuring effective execution
- Managing crisis governance frameworks, escalation processes, and decision rights
- Coordinating cross-functional and cross-regional crisis response efforts
- Leading structured communication and reporting (e.g., SITREPs, leadership briefings)
- Driving continuous improvement through lessons learned and benchmarking
- Monitoring emerging risks (e.g., NGOs, regulatory, geopolitical developments)
- Maintaining crisis tools, knowledge systems, and information discipline

The ingredients you bring
- Minimum 10 years of experience in crisis management, strategy, PMO, or cross-functional leadership in an international environment
- Strong knowledge of crisis frameworks (e.g., ISO 22301, NIMS/ICS)
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders without formal authority
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
- Fluent in English
