Your new team
As Invoice Verification Controller, you will be joining our Finance team. Our goal as the Finance function is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of seventeen global brands. The group is organized into four sub-teams: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. Our work has a tangible impact on the organization – we provide insights that help colleagues set the right targets, offer guidance, and drive innovation and change in different areas of the business. Each sub-team is made up of smart, high-performing finance professionals who take ownership of their work and enjoy pioneering new approaches.
Key focus areas of your role
- Comparing goods received notes with electronic invoices
- Processing received credit notes and creating payment obligations
- Communicating with suppliers to ensure the accuracy of electronic invoices
- Testing the accuracy and efficiency of electronic document transfers
- Processing supplier credit notes related to returns in SAP, as well as correcting item-level discrepancies

The ingredients you bring

- A high school diploma in economics or a related field
- English & Romanian language proficiency is a must
- Proficiency in MS Office package
