Your new team

As Invoice Verification Controller, you will be joining our Finance team. Our goal as the Finance function is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of seventeen global brands. The group is organized into four sub-teams: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. Our work has a tangible impact on the organization – we provide insights that help colleagues set the right targets, offer guidance, and drive innovation and change in different areas of the business. Each sub-team is made up of smart, high-performing finance professionals who take ownership of their work and enjoy pioneering new approaches.

 

Key focus areas of your role

  • Comparing goods received notes with electronic invoices
  • Processing received credit notes and creating payment obligations
  • Communicating with suppliers to ensure the accuracy of electronic invoices
  • Testing the accuracy and efficiency of electronic document transfers
  • Processing supplier credit notes related to returns in SAP, as well as correcting item-level discrepancies

  • A high school diploma in economics or a related field
  • English & Romanian language proficiency is a must
  • Proficiency in MS Office package

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
