The opportunity

At the AB Learning Center of Excellence, learning drives business performance, transformation, and growth through the continuous development of people and critical capabilities.

As a Learning Supervisor, you will lead the execution of strategic learning initiatives, academies, and capability-building programs, ensuring high-quality delivery, operational excellence, and measurable business impact. You will collaborate closely with HRBPs, business stakeholders, and external partners while coordinating multiple learning projects and supporting organizational transformation initiatives.

You will also contribute to AI adoption and AI upskilling by promoting AI-enabled learning approaches, modern learning practices, and innovative ways of working. With a strong ownership mindset, you will help improve processes, efficiencies, learner experience, and overall business value.

What you will focus on

Strategic Learning Programs & Academies

• Lead and coordinate strategic learning initiatives and development programs.
• Ensure timely and effective delivery aligned with business priorities.
• Translate business needs into actionable learning plans.
• Support the continuous improvement of learning solutions.

Program & Project Management

• Manage multiple cross-functional learning projects with quality and alignment.
• Apply effective project management practices and identify improvement opportunities.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination.
• Support the implementation of transformation initiatives across the organization.

Learning Excellence & Operational Effectiveness

• Promote collaboration, accountability, and efficient ways of working.
• Contribute through knowledge sharing, coaching, and continuous improvement.
• Encourage ownership, agility, and solution-oriented thinking.
• Ensure consistent and high-quality learning experiences.

AI-enabled Learning & Innovation

• Use AI and digital tools to improve learning experience and efficiency.
• Support AI adoption and capability-building initiatives.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in learning design and delivery.
• Promote modern learning practices and continuous experimentation.

Continuous Improvement & Best Practices

• Identify opportunities to improve processes and team efficiency.
• Introduce best practices and innovative approaches within Learning.
• Use learning analytics and insights to support improvements.
• Contribute to a modern and agile learning environment.

Stakeholder & Vendor Collaboration

• Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across teams.
• Support vendor management and external learning partnerships.

Who we are looking for

  • University degree in Business Administration, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
  • MSc in HRM or a relevant discipline is considered a strong asset.
  • 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Development, or Learning Project Management within a fast-paced organization or consulting environment.
  • Proven experience leading complex learning programs, academies, or cross-functional capability initiatives.
  • Strong project and program management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
  • Exposure to learning analytics, process improvement, and data-driven decision making, LMS platforms and digital learning tools.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English, both written and verbal

process looks like?

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
