The opportunity
We are looking for a Data Analyst to join our BI & Insights team within the Data Organization, Insights & Analytics department. In this role, you will transform complex data into actionable insights, supporting business decision-making across key areas. You will play a critical role in monitoring performance, developing dashboards, and partnering with stakeholders to drive data-informed strategies.
What you will focus on
- Analyze sales, market share, promotions, categories, and product performance across stores and regions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders (e.g. category managers, operations, finance) to define reporting needs
- Perform ad-hoc analysis to support strategic initiatives and business questions
- Translate data from multiple sources into meaningful insights for decision-making
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports (primarily using Power BI)
- Communicate insights and recommendations in a clear and concise manner
- Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency and automation
Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or Performance Analysis roles
- University degree in Economics, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative field. Postgraduate studies are considered a plus
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g. SQL, Python, or R)
- Solid understanding of data visualization and interpretation of analytical results
- Familiarity with large datasets and multiple data sources
- Excellent command of the English language both written & spoken
- Experience in retail or FMCG environments is an advantage
