The opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Retail Media Specialist to join our team. As a Retail Media Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities & touchpoints, developing, and executing strategies that drive customer engagement, increase brands’ visibility in-store / online, and boost sales. You will collaborate with various teams, including marketing, commerce, and store operations, to create and manage retail media campaigns across multiple channels.

What you will focus on 

  • Identify and prospect new clients/advertisers.
  • Develop and Maintain Suppliers Relationships regarding retail media.
  • Understand client needs and provide custom solutions that align with their business objectives.
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations to clients/advertisers on AB own media touchpoints.
  • Prepare proposals both for marketing (awareness, consideration) and trade (promo related) campaigns & teams.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and stay ahead of market trends.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest media & retail media technologies and tools.
  • Work closely with our internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful campaign execution.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions and prepare sales reports for management.
  • Have a data driven and fact-based approach with media and sell out KPIs.

Who we are looking for

  • 4+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management (preferably in retail media, or media & advertising field).
  • University Degree BSc. in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or any related field.
  • Excellent knowledge in Greek and English language (both spoken and written)
  • MS Office Literacy | focus on Excel in CRM tools
  • Strong understanding of the Media Landscape
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets (driving business growth)

process looks like?

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
