Job’s Purpose

As a Transportation Shift Supervisor, you will be member of the Transportation Division and you will actively participate and coordinate a large range of transportation operations. The role requires the ability to manage a various team of drivers and cooperates effectively with the stakeholders.

A small idea of your daily tasks

• Ensures, monitors, and checks the availability of the appropriate resources (vehicles, drivers, etc.),
• Coordinates the day-to-day activities/mechanisms regarding the daily delivery processes and the invoicing procedures
• Manages the routing program in daily basis
• Responsible for the distribution optimization of orders
• Conducts regular audits on the delivery processes and equipment
• Monitors regularly & ad hoc the differences between initial routing plan and final delivery route of orders
• Participates in the selection, training and manages the performance evaluation of a team of drivers. 

What you have

• Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply chain, Business Administration or relevant field. Master’s degree will be considered as an asset
• 2-3 years of proven working experience in a similar position, (transportation, courier, delivery, shipping)
• Very good command of MS Suite, Windows, TMS and ERP systems
• Very good command of the Greek & English language both verbal & oral
