Join our team as a Finance Associate Opex and play a key role in supporting our financial operations across multiple brands. We are looking for a detail oriented and proactive professional who is ready to take ownership of key accounting processes and contribute to accurate and timely financial reporting.

Your new work environment
As a Finance Associate Opex, you will join a focused and collaborative Finance team of four professionals dedicated to ensuring accurate and efficient financial operations. Our team plays a key role in supporting the business by maintaining high-quality financial data and delivering reliable reporting.
In this role, you will handle a variety of operational finance tasks that require strong analytical thinking, precision, and the ability to work efficiently within a collaborative team.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Posting and processing incoming invoices
• Issuing outgoing invoices
• Validating invoices to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Classifying invoices according to internal procedures
• Preparing monthly financial reports
Requirements:
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly and accurately
• Team oriented mindset with a proactive and responsible approach to daily tasks
• Preferably experience with SAP or similar financial systems
• English language proficiency at B1 level or higher (required)
• Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., VLOOKUP, SUMIF, Pivot Table)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or similar operational roles
