Your new work environment
As Manager of HR within the BS Hub, you will lead strategic projects and ensure smooth process transitions from implementation through hypercare and ongoing operations. You will manage service delivery to meet quality, SLA and KPI targets, driving continuous improvement.
You will build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensure clear and consistent team communication, and provide clients with visibility into request progress to enhance the overall experience. You will also plan resources and manage the budget, identifying efficiencies and savings.
In addition, you will develop and motivate the team, support change initiatives, and ensure the DPA document is implemented and kept up to date.
Key responsibilities of your role
You will work on a variety of assignments that cover the full range of leadership, strategy and people-related duties, including:
Designs and implements projects of strategic importance for the BS Hub.
Oversees and is accountable for successful process transitions, including hypercare and ongoing operations.
Manages processes diligently and responsibly within their domain, ensuring quality and performance.
Ensures efficient, consistent team communication, encourages feedback, and provides the client with visibility into request progress to improve customer experience.
Builds a performance-driven culture, manages delivery to meet service levels (SLA), and implements improvements aligned with defined goals.
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external clients and partners.
Plans resources efficiently and creates/manages the budget, proposing cost-saving alternatives and efficiencies.
Continuously monitors and analyzes results, SLA and KPIs, reviews work/processes/systems, drives performance improvements, leads and develops the team, supports change adoption, and ensures the DPA document is implemented, applied, and kept up to date.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in managing HR operations/processes, including process transitions and stabilization (hypercare).
Strong ability to monitor and improve performance using SLA/KPI reporting, quality standards, and continuous improvement methods.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with experience working with internal and external clients/partners.
Demonstrated people-leadership skills (coaching, motivation, performance management) and change management capability.
Experience with resource planning and budget management; strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, including ownership of DPA/HR compliance documentation.
