Your new work environment

In this role, you will be the only team member directly supporting your manager, which means you’ll have full visibility and impact on daily operations. While the broader department include other colleagues, this position functions as a “one-person team” within its scope — This role is a great fit for someone who is analytical and self-driven.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and completeness of performance reports submitted to management
• Support the identification of variances between planned and actual results
• Assist in analyzing the root causes of performance deviations
• Continuously improve reporting processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with internal IT teams to implement reporting automation solutions
• Participate in planning processes and business analysis activities

Requirements:

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Proficiency in English
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
• High level of responsibility and reliability, especially in handling sensitive data
