As a Finance Manager Treasury & Insurance, you will join our Finance team, the backbone of our organization’s financial stability and integrity. The team ensures business continuity, drives process improvements, and supports seamless daily operations. You will play a central role in strengthening our financial framework within a team of seven experts who provide support to various European brands. Your expertise will directly influence efficiency, risk management, and long term financial performance. Range of responsibilities

 

•    Develop and build strong, strategic partnerships with banks and financial institutions, leading negotiations, shaping payment solutions, and continuously optimizing and developing our financial system.
•    Take charge of our cash position and liquidity strategy, manage and develop SCF initiatives, creating smart forecasting models and boosting working capital performance. 
•    Stay ahead of financial risks by monitoring FX and interest rate exposure, developing modern risk assessment frameworks, and overseeing insurance programs aligned with global standards.
•    Lead transformation projects that streamline financial processes, reduce costs, and elevate operational excellence across the organization.
•    Ensure full compliance with regulations, internal policies, and global standards and champion a culture of accountability and control.
•    Act as a key link between local operations and the global treasury & insurance teams, ensuring seamless coordination, transparent reporting, and strong cross company collaboration.

 

Requirements

 

•    At least VI, VII level of education in Economics or a related field
•    Minimum of 5 years of experience in the same or similar roles
•    Solid track record in leading teams and the ability to adapt easily.
•    Exceptional communication and problem solving skills
•    Excellent command of the English language

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
