In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:

- Collaborates with brands, regions, and functions (Business, IT, ISO, IAM) to identify application scope and conduct risk assessments in order to establish a periodic access review process.
- Identifies and validates risks and control objectives related to user access management processes in alignment with global IT&IS governance policies, uncovering internal control gaps.
- Designs assurance programs to assess the effectiveness of access controls, ensuring compliance with global policies across all regions and countries.
- Provides guidance to the company, IT, ISO, and IAM teams in designing and implementing controls to remediate identified deficiencies, supporting their user access review processes when needed.
- Supports external and internal audit activities by documenting all deficiencies, facilitating discussions on control weaknesses, and providing regular status reports on access control remediation.
- Builds a culture of risk awareness and promotes a control-oriented mindset throughout the organization, especially regarding access-related issues, working with management to engage employees at all levels.
- Maintains effective communication with Risk & Control (R&C) management and builds a strong network of internal and external stakeholders, regularly discussing control gaps, ongoing projects, and remediation efforts

- At least 3+ years of relevant experienceÂ
- A bachelor's degree in IT, organizational sciences or economics
- Excellent knowledge of English and MS OfficeÂ
- Nice to have: experience with SAP, Savyint, SailPoint, Azure
