This position is a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent employment offer based on performance and business needs.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Reconcile inventory count results between Maxi R and SAP systems
  • Investigate discrepancies and communicate with store teams to resolve them
  • Initiate inventory counts in the system based on internal decisions and post results
  • Post unmatched goods receipts, delivery notes, and returns in SAP
  • Communicate with other departments regarding inventory results
  • Perform inventory result postings and ensure compliance with legal documentation (KEP book control)
  • Issue invoices when needed for internal re-invoicing processes
  • Monitor and control data transfers between stores and distribution centers

 

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Basic Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP)
  • Intermediate English is preferred but not required
  • Experience with SAP and Maxi R is a plus, but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn and support both the team and other departments
  • Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication
