This position is a maternity leave replacement, with the possibility of a permanent employment offer based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
- Reconcile inventory count results between Maxi R and SAP systems
- Investigate discrepancies and communicate with store teams to resolve them
- Initiate inventory counts in the system based on internal decisions and post results
- Post unmatched goods receipts, delivery notes, and returns in SAP
- Communicate with other departments regarding inventory results
- Perform inventory result postings and ensure compliance with legal documentation (KEP book control)
- Issue invoices when needed for internal re-invoicing processes
- Monitor and control data transfers between stores and distribution centers
Qualifications:
- Basic Excel skills (e.g. VLOOKUP)
- Intermediate English is preferred but not required
- Experience with SAP and Maxi R is a plus, but not mandatory
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and support both the team and other departments
- Team-oriented mindset and proactive communication
