Your purpose

As a Business Intelligence & Insights Manager, you will lead the Insights pillar within the Data Insights & Analytics team. In this role, you will ensure that data is transformed into actionable insights, enabling business leaders to understand performance, identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions. If you are a highly motivated professional with a passion for driving impact through data, this position offers an excellent opportunity to influence strategic priorities, collaborate across functions and shape the way insights guide our business forward.

What you will focus on

  • Manage a team of ΒΙ Developers, Business Performance Analyst and Data Partners embedded across business functions.
  • Translate data into insights and stories that explain performance drivers and support strategic choices.
  • Lead the design and delivery of business performance scorecards, KPIs, and dashboards.
  • Act as a bridge between business functions and the Data Analytics team, ensuring alignment between data capabilities and business needs.
  • Promote a culture of evidence-based decision-making across the organization.

 Who we are looking for

  • Academic background in business analytics, data science, economics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in business performance analysis, insights & analytics or business intelligence roles.
  • Solid understanding of business performance metrics and financial/commercial KPIs.
  • Proficiency with business intelligence and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Familiarity with data science or advanced analytics techniques (e.g., forecasting, segmentation, experimentation) is a plus.
  • Understanding of data platforms and cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus.
  • Professional certifications in BI, analytics, or related areas would be a plus (e.g., Microsoft Certified Data Analyst).

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
