Our Finance department plays a key role in supporting the organization and our 17 global brands through accurate reporting, strategic insights, and strong financial control.

You will join a small and supportive team. You will work closely with one colleague and report directly to your manager. The team also includes another manager who leads one team member.
Â
As a Finance Analyst, you will support the European business and finance functions with accurate reporting and analysis. You will help keep financial planning aligned with company goals by preparing reports, analyzing variances, and ensuring correct data entry. This role requires strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and good collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the G&A process (general and administrative costs) for the European business and finance functions.
- Prepare and update financial reports by combining HR, financial, and budget data for analysis.
- Update budget reports with the latest changes in organization and other spending areas.
- Analyze deviations in spend and correct misstated HR data or wrongly booked purchase orders (POs) during closing.
- Ensure alignment between actual spend and financial planning.
- Review and approve POs, confirming they are within budget and aligned with overall spend.

Requirements:Â
- Proficiency in Microsoft ExcelÂ
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Good communication skills in English (B2- C1)

Previous experience is not required – what matters most is motivation, willingness to learn, and a proactive approach.
