The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
- Leads the assessment and establishment of automated controls, configurations, interfaces, and ITGC within the SAP S/4HANA environment, ensuring compliance with global standards
- Guides and oversees collaboration between the project team, business leaders, and external consultants to ensure the control framework is effectively integrated and implemented
- Initiates and leads the development of test plans, monitoring of key controls, and alignment with relevant international and regulatory standards, as well as coordination with other regional risk and control teams
- Organizes and supervises SAP controls training for team members and acts as the primary contact for internal and external auditors on IT control matters
- Establishes and maintains governance processes for changes within the SAP system, ensures local control systems are aligned with global frameworks, and conducts regular quality assessments
- Plans and leads the monitoring of key IT control effectiveness, identifying risks and coordinating corrective actions with relevant teams and management
- Provides strategic guidance for the design and enhancement of controls, as well as for the remediation of identified weaknesses in collaboration with audit and other business units
- Prepares and presents regular reports on the status of IT controls, risks, and improvement initiatives, supporting high-level decision-making

- Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in IT risk, IT controls, IT security, or internal audit, with at least 2 years of experience working with SAP S/4HANA IT controls
- Bachelor’s degree with a focus on Finance, Economics or Information technology
- Fluency in English and excellent knowledge of MF Office
