Your new work environment
As HR Services Specialist (L&D), you will be joining our Human Resources department. Our HR department is the driving force behind the people in our organization. Your role is highly diverse and encompasses various responsibilities. Here are the key ones:
- Participates in process transitions, hypercare, and operational processing
- Actively shares feedback and provides clients with insights into request progress to enhance user experience
- Performs tasks to meet service level agreements (SLA) and implements improvements in line with set goals
- Acquires new knowledge about processes and independently applies it in daily work
- Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external clients and partners
- Regularly reports on process progress
- Creates and updates work instructions and other relevant documents
- Builds a knowledge base and trains new colleagues
- Meets SLA and KPI targets while executing tasks to ensure optimal service quality and initiates improvements
Requirements:
- A high-school diploma of philological or similar orientation
- At least 2 years of relevant experience
- Excellent knowledge of English and MS Office suite
