Job’s purpose

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic Commercial Operations Lead to support our ongoing transformation initiatives across the Commercial division, Systems, and Execution (C.S.E.) landscape. This role will play a pivotal part in the implementation of new tools and processes within Pricing, Promotion, and Promo Data Management. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure system accuracy, support pricing strategies, and drive reporting efficiency across business and IT stakeholders!

What you will focus on

  • Play an active role in C.S.E. transformation projects, contributing to the successful implementation of new systems and workflows in Pricing & Promotion domains.
  • Manage Own Brand product comparisons with competitors for effective price monitoring and alignment.
  • Design and implement a robust pricing structure that considers product importance and overall impact on price perception, supporting both new and existing product strategies.
  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all commercial systems, maintaining alignment between business operations and IT platforms.
  • Serve as a liaison between the Commercial Department and IT, coordinating efforts to resolve reporting issues and improve data-driven decision-making tools.

What you have

  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving both business and IT teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analysis, commercial systems, or business transformation projects.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in tools and systems related to pricing and master data (e.g., SAP, Power BI, Excel).
  • Experience working in cross-functional environments involving both business and IT teams.

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.
