We are seeking a skilled PMO & Change Management Consultant to join our team for the EU FIT Program, a three-year initiative focused on rolling out S/4HANA Finance across all our brands in Europe. This role is an integral part of the PMO and Change Management team, supporting project executixon, governance, and business transformation. This position is for the duration of the (three-year) program, with the opportunity to further grow within the organization.

Your new role
As a PMO & Change Management Consultant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the EU FIT Program’s success, by supporting project governance, reporting, and coordination efforts. You will work closely with various stakeholders to facilitate seamless project execution and business transformation. Occasional travelling to our brands may be required as part of this role.

Your responsibilities:
PMO Support:

  • Assist in project planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure successful execution.
  • Support risk and issue management by identifying and escalating challenges.
  • Facilitate meetings, track action items, and ensure follow-ups are completed.
  • Align with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.

Change Management:

  • Execute change management strategies to support business transformation.
  • Engage and communicate with key stakeholders to drive awareness and alignment.
  • Develop and deliver clear, effective communications to facilitate change adoption.
  • Support the Change Network and other engagement initiatives.
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of events and training activities to empower end-users.

  • A gross annual salary between €55.000,- and €67.500,- including holiday allowance, depending on experience.

Requirements  

  • We think you’ll be best geared for success if you meet the following requirements:   
  • A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint with strong presentation skills.
  • A keen eye for design and the ability to create compelling visual content.
  • The ability to translate rough ideas into polished concepts.
  • A strong understanding of business context and stakeholder needs.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills.
  • Experience in project coordination, reporting, and governance is a plus.
  • The ability to work effectively in a multi-brand, international environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed for project-related activities.
