Your new work environment
As Data Analyst, you will be joining our Finance department. In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. The impact on the organization is tangible: we provide insights that enable our colleagues to offer the right guidance and targets for the business, and drive innovation and change in different domains of the company. All our Finance teams are filled with smart, high-performing finance professionals who enjoy pioneering and taking ownership of their work.
You will be given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work and broaden your horizons by working together with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries who have an abundance of expertise in many areas. Main responsibilities:
- Prepares and transforms data from various sources according to business requirements, for the purpose of creating dashboards and analytical reports, in collaboration with senior data developers
- Participates in smaller initiatives (backlog items) independently, while providing support to senior team members on larger projects
- Collects and documents business requirements in collaboration with a senior developer, and translates them into technical documentation
- Prioritizes own tasks in accordance with agreed deadlines and the team's work plan
- Develops and optimizes basic and moderately complex SQL queries for data processing, ensuring data quality and accuracy
- Applies data protection regulations and ensures that all procedures comply with GDPR regulations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Organizational sciences or a related field
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant working experience
- Advanced knowledge of the English language
- Advanced knowledge of the MS Office
- Knowledge of Power BI and/or Databricks
