Job’s Purpose
This role acts as the primary liaison between IT and the Ecommerce business units, ensuring smooth communication and coordination during system testing. The individual is responsible for identifying and facilitating the resolution of technical issues, while also serving as a key point of contact across multiple departments, including Operations, IT, and Ecommerce.

 


What you will focus on:

  • Oversees operational systems and ensure their effective functioning by providing day-to-day technical and user support.

  • Provides support for delivery point operations, including slotting, time slot management, and capacity scheduling.

  • Collaborates with with end-users and IT to install Rf devices, label printers, configure and maintain data.                                  

  • Operating hardware equipment                                  

  • Prepares and share status updates & reports

  • Supports User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful project implementation.

 

What you have

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, ideally in Information Systems or a related field

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ technology experience and a knowledge of retail store systems and procedures is preferred

  • High level Microsoft Excel skills

  • Scripting and SQL experience a plus

  • General networking knowledge 

  • Excellent command of the Greek & English language both written & spoken
