A picture is worth a thousand words! 
That is something that doesn’t need any explanation to you as Visual Designer & Content Communication student. We will offer you an internship at Ahold Delhaize where you will create and maintain engaging content for talent attraction purposes. Content can vary from infographics for internal use to campaign and social visuals that will be seen far beyond the organization. You will not only design visuals but also think with us about new content formats that we use for our campaigns and social media. The content you will create will be used in talent marketing campaigns, will be displayed on our careers website and social channels such as LinkedIn and Instagram. Your content will be highly visible, much appreciated and contributes to our goal to attract the best talent for Ahold Delhaize and our great local brands.

Your new job and workplace.
You will be part of the so called Total Talent Acquisition Europe team, part of Ahold Delhaize. Together with Bjorn, Rein, Sara, Sterre and Evi you will work on great projects and have lots of fun along the way. Our team is located in the Icoon building in Zaandam, next to the Ahold Delhaize Headquarters and only a 5 minute walk from the Zaandam train station. We work from home as well as 50% of our working time at the office.

In this position you work a maximum of 32-40 hours per week, partly from our head office in Zaandam and partly from home.

• 3rd year Bachelor student in (digital) communications, visual design with affinity with the most important product in life which is work.
• Experience in content creation (copy, video, photography, banners) in Photoshop, InDesign and/or Illustrator.
• You are creative and accurate.
• Fluent in Dutch and English as we work in an international environment (but within our team we speak Dutch).
• Available for at least 32 hours a week for a period of 5 to 6 months.
