Your new work environment 

As Team Manager for Accounting and Reporting, you will be joining our Finance department. In the Finance department, our goal is rather straightforward: we take care of the finances for the organization and our entire family of 17 global brands. The department spans four sub-departments: Tax and Accounting; Business Planning and Performance; Investor Relations; and Treasury and Insurance. The impact on the organization is tangible: we provide insights that enable our colleagues to offer the right guidance and targets for the business, and drive innovation and change in different domains of the company. All our Finance teams are filled with smart, high-performing finance professionals who enjoy pioneering and taking ownership of their work. 

  

You will be given the freedom and responsibility to take ownership of your work and broaden your horizons by working together with knowledgeable colleagues from different countries who have an abundance of expertise in many areas. We will continuously support you and help you build on your talents and skills for the future. 

 

 

Main responsibilities:

 

  • Coordinating and being responsible for the work of employees in the department.
  • Organizing work and being responsible for the results of the team's work: defining goals, delegating tasks to collaborators, monitoring the results of collaborators' work, motivating employees, developing collaborators' knowledge, implementing company rules, and informing employees about all novelties.
  • Preparing financial reports for local needs.
  • Preparing financial reports for the Group's needs.
  • Posting, reconciling, and controlling the general ledger.
  • Participating in and being responsible for working with auditing firms.
  • Coordinating work and communicating with the external Technology partner in India/Genpact.
  • Monitoring, reconciling, posting, and controlling all transactions related to Lease Agreements and the application of IFRS 16 standards, both for local needs and for the Group.
  • Monitoring and applying legal regulations within the scope of work, especially the application of new Accounting Standards (IAS).
  • Being obliged to implement safety measures in accordance with the level of training for the job position.
  • Participating in and providing support for all projects important for Finance and Accounting (both local and regional).
  • Being responsible for reporting to the Group in the area of Sustainable Business (H&S)

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field 
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the same or similar positions
  • Advanced knowledge of the English language
  • Advanced knowledge of the MS Office
