Opis posla:

  • Nadgleda i vodi globalni tim stručnjaka za rizik i kontrolu (R&C) za podršku menadžmentu u dizajnu i implementaciji robusnog okvira kontrole za upravljanje identitetom i pristupom (IAM). Obezbeđuje usklađenost sa globalnim IT i IS politikama, ispunjava minimalne zahteve kontrole i efikasno ublažava najkritičnije rizike za organizaciju
  • Redovno sarađuje sa ključnim zainteresovanim stranama, uključujući timove za brendove, regionalne funkcije, IT, službenike za bezbednost informacija (ISO), upravljanje, rizik i usklađenost (GRC) i timove za IAM. Gradi snažne odnose, podstiče razmenu znanja i promoviše način razmišljanja fokusiran na kontrolu na svim nivoima organizacije u vezi sa upravljanjem identitetom i pristupom
  • Dosledno komunicira i usklađuje se sa višim menadžmentom i ključnim zainteresovanim stranama o značajnim rizicima, nedostacima u kontroli i neuspesima na globalnom i regionalnom nivou. Pruža stručne savete o strategijama za smanjenje rizika, podržava upravljanje kritičnim projektima koji utiču na IAM i doprinose pripremi kvartalnih izveštaja menadžmenta o internim kontrolama za globalni GRC i Upravni odbor
  • Razvija i implementira program osiguranja, uključujući frekventnost i obim, za procenu usklađenosti sa globalnim politikama i kontrolama IAM-a u svim regionima i zemljama. Kontroliše izvršenje programa sa visokim kvalitetom, u skladu sa internim smernicama za istraživanje i razvoj, i dosledno prati i izveštava o aktivnostima obezbeđenja
  • Odgovoran je za podešavanje i vlasništvo nad procesom pregleda korisničkog pristupa. Sarađuje sa IAM i IT timovima da bi osigurao kvalitet procesa, tačnost izveštavanja i efektivno korišćenje alata. Definiše obim pregleda, prati napredak, izveštava o nepotpunim pregledima i daje smernice za praćenje procesa podele dužnosti
  • Podstiče razvoj i rast R&C tima, postavljajući jasne ciljeve, nadgledajući napredak i razgovarajući o učinku. Podstiče međufunkcionalnu saradnju sa lokalnim R&C timovima kako bi delili najbolje prakse, učili jedni od drugih i radili na zajedničkim inicijativama za jačanje sveukupnog rizika i sposobnosti kontrole organizacije

 

Potrebne kvalifikacije:

  • VII stepen Finansije, ekonomija, informacione tehnologije
  • 8 ili više godina relevantnog radnog iskustva – revizija (interna i eksterna), savetnik za IT rizike u internoj kontroli
  • Sertifikat o informacionoj bezbednosti: CISA ili CRISC, ITIL, ISO 27001 Lead Implementer or Auditor, COBIT 5, Prince2, Scrum Master, napredno znanje engleskog jezika
  • Odlično poznavanje engleskog jezika
  • Odlično poznavanje rada u MS Office paketu

process looks like?

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
