Business analyst in the Digi Tech department plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between business objectives and technology solutions.

These will be your responsibilities:

  • Works with stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding the business need, analyzes the requirements, taking into account the existing processes and the current way of working;
  • Proposes solutions together with the team, suppliers and Center of Excellence and identifies the advantages and disadvantages for each of them, discusses them with the internal client and advises on choosing the most suitable solution;
  • Details the requirements and creates the design of the final process solution in the systems, together with the rest of the Agile teams under the guidance of the Product Owner;
  • Evaluates together with the Product Owner the cost of the solution and validates together with the Business Owner the development of the solution;
  • Provides support on implementations, answering the questions of the development teams;
  • Develops and validates the business test scenario on how the solution works and supports end user testing;
  • Ensures that the proposed solutions meet the initial requirements of the internal client;
  • Ensures communication with users regarding new developments and transmits the user guide for the newly created solutions;
  • Facilitates the training of key users, regarding the use of new solutions/applications/working methods;
  • Ensures support for the definition of new business process flows, before and after the change/implementation, from the user's perspective.

 

You won't be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people.

 

It’s necessary that you come up with:

  • Bachelor's degree;
  • Good verbal and written English skills;
  • Problem solving;
  • Critical thinking;
  • Great communication;
  • A team-playing mindset and good interpersonal skills.

Application

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
