Job Description:
Oversees ESG data gathering processes and ensure consistency and quality of this data by reviewing together with the data conributors responsible for individual areas
Responsibility for final submission of data to the group in Sustain and the presentation of data to the Brand and Group
Responsibility for in time and correct production of reports and data needed for submission, as well as analysis of indicators and trends comparisons
Prepare internal reporting to the brands leadership as well as further development of period reporting based on Brand requirements (H&S, Financial departments)
Partner with H&S and Finance on further development of ESG goals, plans and required management insights (e.g. via monthlky / weekly dashboards) )
Working with the RPA team/analytics team on preparing Power BI/Management reports on ESG KPI’s
Ensuring proper audit evidence on reporting is kept, timely delivering of data to auditors and making sure that key controls around reporting are embedded to cover reporting risks, following up on any identified issues
In cooperation with Business KPI owners and R&C department, improve controls, deliver process documentation and coordinate improvements based on 'Limited & Reasonable Assurance Roadmap'' goals shared by GSO
Knowledge sharing across Brands and actively participate in EU sessions on ESG reporting (e.g. accounting manual sessions, weekly calls, monthly calls with R&C, etc)
Be an ambassador for the ESG topic and grwoing importance of H&S topic in the Brand, e.g. by giving presentations to Finance and Busines colleagues
Be an active team meber of EU ESG reporting team, maintain close relationships with peers in the other Brands, exchange knowledge and best practices, gives input to team meetings and team events
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in reporting and/or controlling function
Strong affinity towards ESG, experience with ESG is preferred
Ability to act individually and work with a large group of stakeholders to ensure high quality and efficient reporting
Excellent analytical skills
Fluent English
