These will be your responsibilities:
- You will implement all the employer branding campaigns at the company level;
- You will design and implement internal and external employer branding actions;
- Create relevant, engaging and informative content, including videos, testimonials, interviews, and employee stories;
- You will contribute, together with your manager, to drawing the annual communication plan, with a focus on the specific employer branding objectives, including all relevant communication touchpoints (digital, events, PR, etc.);
- You will coordinate all internal and external partners, following key metrics to measure the results;
- You will collaborate and interact with cross-functional teams within the company in order to promote the employer branding initiatives;
- You will keep a close eye on the local & international employer branding initiatives, absorb and digest any relevant trends, identify best practices and come up with improvement suggestions;
- You will be in constant contact with the global colleagues on Employer Branding initiatives, in order to align the local actions with the global ones.
You won't be doing this on your own, but with a team that likes working with and for people.
It’s necessary that you come up with:
- Bachelor's degree, with relevant educational background;
- 2-3 years of experience in employer branding (this means that you have planned and led employer branding projects before, held budgets, organized events);
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both, English and Romanian;
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills;
- Digital mindset & easy to adapt when it comes to online innovative projects;
- Project management and MS Office very good skills;
- The ability to manage multiple projects at the same time, with great focus on results;
- Critical thinking approach, with a sensitivity towards diversity and inclusion;
- Adaptability, curiosity and the desire to move things forward.
