  • Daje doprinos razvoju Ahold Delhaize politika izveštavanja i finansijskog kontrolinga
  • Osigurava usaglašenje EU politika, procedura i računovodstvenog pravilnika i lokalnih zahteva u svakodnevnom radu i za vreme projekata
  • Implementira politiku izveštavanja i finansijskog kontrolinga lokalno i u skladu sa lokalnim zahtevima
  • Obezbeđuje usaglašenje i izmene računovodstvenih politika, procedura i pravilnika u skladu sa izmenama lokalnih regulativa i zakonodavstva
  • Planira, priprema, sprovodi i kontroliše mesečno izveštavanje sa ciljem da se osiguraju tačni i kompletni finansijski podaci
  • Konsoliduje izveštaje i analize podataka na različitim nivoima
  • Obezbeđuje primenu standarda finansijskog izveštavanja, politika i procedura
  • Komunicira i savetuje biznis na temu pitanja koja se odnose na izveštavanje (u skladu sa procedurama i rokovima)
  • Učitava izveštaje – celokupni paket, uključujući IRP u EPM
  • Priprema, analizira i „sign off“ konta za koja je odgovoran, sa fokusom na tačnost i kompletnost
  • Kontroliše i identifikuje greške, pravilno adresira nalaze i korekcije kroz poslovne knjige.
  • Priprema i odobrava nestandardna knjiženja
  • Proverava sva računovodstvena konta, usaglašava sa relevantnim izveštajima, dokumentacijom i obelodanjivanjima
  • Dostavlja izveštaje biznisu
  • Sastavlja standardne izveštaje, podržane od strane relevantnih aplikacija i alata
  • Sastavlja analize koje se odnose na rezultate, razvoj, kao i objašnjenje odstupanja
  • Sastavlja i grafičke analize odstupanja, koristeći određene alate
  • Signalizira probleme i potencijalna unapređenja u procesima, politikama i procedurama
  • Aktivno prezentuje i razvija preporuke menadžmentu kompanije
  • Standardizuje i automatizuje politike, procese i procedure finansijskog izveštavanja da bi se obezbedila usaglašenost sa Grupnim politikama i procedurama
  • Učestvuje u projektima sa ciljem da se obezbedi uspostavljanje tačnih finansijskih procesa
  • Učestvuje u biznis projektima, obezbeđujući relevantna znanja i računovodstvene savete
  • Implementira procese, načine rada i metode koji su posledica sprovedenih projekata
  • Sakuplja, analizira informacije i sastavlja standardne izveštaje
  • Obavlja aktivnosti u skladu sa politikama i procedurama
  • Signalizira i izveštava o nedostacima u procesima, politikama i procedurama i doprinosi pronalaženju rešenja

What our selection
process looks like?

Application

Share your enthusiasm for Ahold Delhaize or of our great local brands — explain why do you want to work for us and how you can add value. Your goal is to engage the hiring manager and to get them thinking about you as a potential new hire. Give it your all!

Job interview(s)

After you have been selected and depending on the role, you will be invited for one or more job interviews. The job interview, which is a two way conversation, will take place online (via Teams) or at the office. You will be informed by the recruiter. This is your moment to shine (but you always do ofcourse)

Online Assessment

When both parties would like to continue the conversation you will be invited for an online assessement, also known as pre-employment tests. The purpose of the test is helping hiring manager determine whether a candidate has the skills, work style, knowlegde of personality to succeed in a the role.

Job Offer

We are thrilled to get you onboard and would like to offer you the job. In this phase we start the conversation about the details which comes with the job, such as compensation, benefits and other contract details.
